Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing mail management solution, which will give you total authority over your email accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this intuitive graphical user interface, you can create a brand new mailbox account in an instant and manage its settings with ease. Moreover, you can forward emails from one email account to another, finetune email filters, set up autoresponder messages and secure your email mailboxes against junk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your e-mailboxes against spam emails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwelcome emails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your electronic mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a particular mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for filtering your incoming e-mail messages on the basis of certain criteria set by you. Creating mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can quickly set up a filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and specify the mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming electronic mails from one e-mail box to another, or even to a number of other e-mailbox accounts. Simply select the e-mailbox account you want to forward emails from, then choose the target e-mail box and select if you would like to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly set up the e-mail client of your choosing to access your email mailboxes. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you would like to set up on your computer or cellular phone and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new mailbox will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple e-mailbox accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager GUI will also allow you to easily create an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to read and our system will handle the rest. And if you want to set up a catch-all email mailbox - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
